Widemouth Bay Loop with Bude
First two miles have an incline but after that it is lovely and flat with lots of stop halfway to rehydrate if needed

Alton Water Full loop from the Water Centre
All of the route is tracked. The route is mostly soft underfoot but with small sections of concrete.
