My Sons 2nd Army Training Run
so the cut off is 2k in 11.30 we did it at 11.39 but the 1st km is pretty much up hill so we can over achieve when it comes to the fitness test, very happy with his progress

My step son has wanted to join the Army since he was a young boy. he finally started his application a few days ago and we got straight to work to work on his fitness.

Holywell Dene into Seaton Sluice Loop
Starting to see the Autumn vibes come in.
this is one of my favorite walks, the Woods,the Streams and little waterfalls make it really appealing to me when im out there.
I have been coming here years and love the different seasons as they come along

Checking out Seaton delaval Hall
utilizing the free entry to Delaval Hall. its simply stunning. lots to do and lots of beautiful sights. inside takes you back to the 1700s. obviously its not a big hike but its definitely something to visit

Chopwell Woods
although the rain was pouring down,the route was beautiful. the smell and freshness of the trees was delightful.
I also Seen a couple of deer very close up which was a great highlight.
