Thank You. I was just about trying to get a few miles in as I've only recently started getting out again, and the legs are a bit tender. Nice cycle paths around Warrington mostly. But, some on the cycle lanes at the roadside have broken glass or sharp stones, so a risk of punctures. Pity the council don't sweep these lanes.
