The night was cold enough that I could expect frozen ground in the floodplains - because I'm not into "cleaning my bike" 🙄. In fact, it was a “clean tour”. For the new season, some paths have already been cleared of “humus” (accumulation in the middle of the path, mud from the lanes). Presumably a new layer of "mineral concrete" will be added to the exposed gravel.
The floodplains are definitely always worth a trip. At the wooden footbridge over the Ottheinrichbach (which you cross over and over again in the floodplains) my balance was challenged: the trike too wide and the footbridge icy - you grow with your tasks😂, but not recommended for imitation⚠️🧐. Otherwise: Apart from my noises, only a few cackling ducks, the occasional splashing of water and a single walker on the circuit - pure nature.

Weather app promised sunshine - so a small round tour through the moss towards the south☀️. Headwind 🌬was a bit stronger today (18km / h according to the app💪), but I was in no hurry. Well packed, the temperature wasn't a problem either. The way back was then brisk with a lot of tailwind. The only stop was generated by the brazen parking offenders - some probably never learn ... Nice lap - and the hundredth is next🙄

After a “week of vacation” and a two-week workshop stay due to insufficient supply of parts, finally being able to do a tour again. The visit to the workshop was at least worth it: finally the circuit works perfectly. A few well-intentioned (teamwork workshop and 😇) measures to unfold the chain guide were apparently to blame for the fact that the smallest and largest two gears did not shift reliably. My traction problem could not be resolved for precisely this reason: the desired GT 365 is too wide and angular and therefore gets in the way of the chain guide - a shame if such a nicely light all-weather tire with grip for the rough would be. Maybe one day Schwalbe will offer it in 1.75 🙄. The necessary exchange of the front wheels was completely surprising: I probably gave too much “rubber” - but fast cornering is simply a lot of fun with the little animal 🦂😂.
The transition to the cold season was now relatively abrupt for me - I'm curious to see whether I will come back over the 1.5 hours soon - I wanted to break the 4000 mark this year😅.

After a week of abstinence, today I waited for the sunshine announced yesterday - but the high fog was stronger. Shortly before 4, then drove off at 7 degrees - after all, there is only bad clothing. I wanted to avoid sweaty climbs, so a moss tour. On the way, the sun blinked a bit - captured in the picture right away, albeit a little crooked. Conclusion: relaxed tour, and the clothes should still be good around zero degrees😊.

The bright October sun gave hope to take better photos of the minster church in Bergen. Arrived there, but unfortunately there were already cloudy clouds again - well then on the next lap, don't run away😂.

During today's training session I photographed a well-known church with its newest name: “Münsterkirche” Heilig Kreuz Bergen, since yesterday the fourth (with pontifical office) confirmed Münster in the diocese of Eichstätt. Unfortunately, despite the sunshine, the light conditions weren't particularly good - but the tour😊 was.

We had chosen the "Liabs Herrgöttle" from Biberbach at short notice as the goal of a joint tour that had already been planned for the whole summer. Due to the distance💯, the shortest possible journey was taken over by Komoot, but through the Thierhauptener Wald, with a station in Maria im Elend. The delightful part actually began just before that in Baar. Komoot would have sent us back along the main roads from Thierhaupten - however, we used obvious alternatives, which are no longer, but more beautiful😎. In order to get over the B2 and the Schmutter, the main road had to be used again, but with a bike path alongside the road. After an extensive stay in the Jakobus Church, which is absolutely worth seeing, with the "Liabs Herrgöttle", the way back was then planned again after Aindling - the longing for quiet paths made additional inclines much flatter😅. Of course that took a little more time, so that we found out in Pöttmes that sunset would probably be coming up soon. From then on, no more extra tours, but speed. Of course, it was no longer of any use against the inevitable darkness. I found out that bike lights with 70 lux are actually insufficient for speeds over 20 km / h: I should upgrade there🤔 - and it's good that I got to know the tricky spots with brightness 😳⚠️.
Happy about the overall beautiful tour
and somewhat exhausted (12-15 degrees with a cloudy sky apparently more exhausting) we finally came back safely. By the way, without a drop of rain - as the Komoot weather had predicted - already strong, because at home we would have gotten wet ... 😎.
