Gunten - Sigriswil - Heartbeat Trail - Beatenbucht -Gunten
Eine gute Kondition ist von Vorteil. Bis zum Beizli am Ende des Justistal geht es primär Bergauf. Die Wege sind immer Teerstrassen. (Bis auf den Downhill Trail). Den Trail empfehle ich nur sehr guten und geübten Downhiller.

The first part down is not that great. Mostly asphalt and along the road.
The descent into the valley
(Barranco de Azuaje) is easy to find. A stony and dry mountain path.
Once down in the valley it is exciting to watch how the ground gets wetter and the water gets more and more.
