Beautiful hike, almost entirely rideable. Maybe descend on the path after Basati at the hairpin bends and pay attention to the descent along the stream: from the junction after about 500 meters there is a notable drop and after another about 900 meters there is a hidden bridge. Then avoid going up from Gallena.

Pleasant and fast hike almost entirely through woods except for the 360° panorama from the summit. For the return on Farnocchia I skipped the crest path "EE" (not difficult at all) which branches off to the right to return to the main track, only because I had already walked it on April 6, 2022.

The idea was to continue the previous hike by first ascending the Rimondina ditch and then the delle Verghe channel, but I was blocked by waterfalls and the obstruction of trees along the channel. For this exploration, I think it will be better to descend from Col di Favilla.

Nice hike in a wild environment. The only snag was a deep puddle, from which I created a passage to the left through the plants, and to finish the hike was interrupted due to an impassable jump to climb up, a shame also because the intention was to intercept the CAI path further ahead.

N.B. First Umbrian stage. Beautiful and easy ride in the first part. From the Erchi stream, the climb makes itself felt almost up to the provincial road. The last dirt road then immediately appears a bit dug out but very rideable due to the modest climb.

The climb to Freddone is quite challenging: initially steep up to the saddle but you climb without problems. Afterwards, pay attention to the climb on slabs, anyway good rock but without complicated or too exposed passages.
