Wir nutzen das wunderbare Wanderwetter und "erklimmen" den höchsten Gipfel des Spessart, inkl. Gipfelfoto und Eintrag ins Gipfelbuch(sehr professionell). 🤣 Sylvan hatte leider geschlossen und die Wanderer mussten sich mit Kalt Getränken aus der Kühlbox begnügen ohne Bratwurst und Kuchen😢. Trotzdem eine lohnenswerte Runde mit dem sonnendurchfluteten Weihersgrund🤩als highlight.

Fährt man vom Ortsteil Reichental weiter die Schwarzwaldhöhen hinauf kommt man zum Kaltenbronn, einer einzigartige Sehenswürdigkeit. Das auf rund 900 Metern gelegene, naturbelassene Hochmoorgebiet steht seit über 60 Jahren unter Naturschutz und war das erste Naturschutzgebiet in Baden-Württemberg. Das Wildseemoor ist das größte Hochmoor im Schwarzwald und mit seiner Seefläche von 1,4 ha der größte Hochmoorkolk Deutschlands.
