Intentionally selected steep and impassable paths as training for a bigger project in the Alps. The descent from the Albhochfläche past the Löwin has absolutely nothing to do with a hiking trail, you should be sure-footed. Otherwise, a bit too hot for longer tours for my taste.

The Ramsfels near Kuchen and the Burren offer beautiful views into the Unterland. Both "summits" can be connected via shady and quiet forest paths, ideal for sunny days. There are a few small detours included in the tour.

Today I explored an unknown area. The Rodstein was the highlight of the tour for me with a magnificent view. In between, you have to choose between the forest highway and the tick and nettle path. Also little signage in the area. On the other hand, there were many lizards and a slow worm.

Today we walked the Danube breakthrough between Kelheim and Weltenburg Monastery on the left and right.
A nice tour, a boat takes you to the other bank, but overall nothing sensational.

Absolute solitude in a rather gloomy forest. Pleasantly airy tour at just under 800m altitude. The two caves are reserved for professionals and are not accessible. You have to accept the noise of the A8 around the Eselhöfe.

The rock formations here are already very impressive. What I miss in the Pfälzer Wald are the altitude meters and the wide views. My Swabian Jura offers high plateaus, heathlands and rock ledges, where you can see a few meters further than to the next tree.
