Tough start but cruising along the river from Lampeter is awesome.

Fantastic route and lots of great views. Some rough ground - edge of fields etc so would recommend a gravel bike or mountain bike. If you are used to this kind of riding then pretty straightforward. At Bunkers hill Go staright on not into Holkham grounds - turn in the through the works ( At the Entrance
