Vom Breitenberg Parkplatz ging es durch die Reichenbachklamm hinauf zur Bad Kissinger Hütte und weiter über den Hüttengrat auf den Süd und schließlich Hauptgipfel.
Der Abstieg führte über den Normalweg zurück zur Hütte und anschließend auf demselben Weg zurück zum Auto.
