Went on a weekend to Trencin, the european capital of culture 2026. I explored the surrounding forests and hills as part of my marathon training. The paths were extremely muddy and in the steepest parts I was more sliding than running. Still, I managed to set a new personal record in terms of kilometres run 😊.

I have always wanted to travel around the world. Luckily, today I managed to do so and it didn't even take long 😁. In Třeboň in the south of the Czech Republic, you can manage this in 75 minutes. In 1574, the Rožmberk lords managed to build a pond so big that they metaphorically called it the World
