We changed day 3 of the "Sweet and Sauerland" tour from Bikepacking.com (bikepacking.com/routes/sweet-and-sauerland) because it was a bit too hard for the first multi-day tour. The route has fewer meters in altitude and is more often on the main roads.

I discovered this great tour at @Gräwwel // EsE and gave it a try.
Except for two small spots where the route was closed or no longer existed (we were able to bypass them), it was still rideable.
