Schon im Frühjahr haben meine Freundin und ich uns in einem Anfall von Wahnsinn für diese organisierte Wanderung angemeldet. So viele Kilometer waren wir noch nie zu Fuß unterwegs gewesen. Das Wetter hat mitgespielt, also ging es um 09:30 in Wildeshausen los. Nach den ersten 15 Kilometern waren wir zurück am Startpunkt, wo wir für die 2. Etappe ordentlich gestärkt wurden. Der 1. Abschnitt der Wanderung war schön und gut gewählt, aber der 2. Teil mit der blühenden Heide und ganz viel Wald ein Highlight 😎🥾🥾

We completed the leg from Hann. Münden to Höxter with a strong headwind but little rain. We tried to cross the Weser River by ferry twice, but unfortunately, this was thwarted due to low water levels. Overall, a beautiful route with some elevation gain.
Tip: The public restrooms in Wahmbeck are new and super clean.
