The sections on the road beside the traffic are tolerable as the walk through yhe woods is very nice, lots of birdsong and shade.

The red descent was by gondola as the walking route on komoot is an mtb trail

Our red trail ascent of the second peak, was steep and only managable due to walking poles for balance on sandy path. The blue route would be much better although a little longer.
