My younger daughter seems to love cycling and we often visit ingrebourne Valley.

I keep thinking about going to Thames Chase Forest Centre but it really seems to be a bike friendly island, when you're there it's bike friendly but between Upminster and Thames Chase is smaller roads all used by cars, often

Finally did the River Mardyke but decided to do it on a bike. Wow its certainly not a bike path and if you've not got a mountain bike please be careful, my brain got a shaken soo much it became a milkshake
