Arrived at the holiday destination of Mesenich on the Moselle.
Another short tour along the Moselle to Skt. Aldegund and back.
A wonderful route upstream. Vineyards everywhere. Small villages to linger in. The lock in Skt. Aldegund was recently demolished. No boat traffic is possible.
The Bremm Moselle loop is also very beautiful.

Went on a tour in the Ruhr area again.
From Essen Borbeck to Duisburg Walsum, took the ferry (2.50€ with a bike), back to Duisburg harbor and back along the Ruhr.
