Due to a concert in the beautiful Konzertkirche Neubrandenburg, we explored the city again.
Particularly noteworthy is the well-preserved city wall with the many Wiek houses.
From the high-rise building "Kulturfinger" from 1963, you have a beautiful panoramic view over the city and the nearby surroundings with the Tollensesee.

Rohrbach im Graben belongs to the municipality of Puchberg am Schneeberg and is embedded in an environment of alpine pastures and mountain domes. Peace is guaranteed here (unless the volunteer fire department is celebrating :-)).

First, we took the cogwheel railway from Puchberg am Schneeberg to the Hochschneeberg train station. This journey alone offers impressive views.
Once at the top, we continued upwards to the summit, first gently, then quite steeply (approx. 35%) and over rough terrain.

Today we went up the Sebastianbach and Fadengraben to the Sebastian waterfall and the Mamauwiese. The Alm there opens on Fridays. Practical if you have a snack with you. From there, we went back down to the Schneeberg chairlift. There is an interesting Alpine Bikepark (alpen-bikepark.at) and a nice local

Today a tour to Kaninchenwerder was on the agenda.
There has been a small gastro there again for a few weeks.
Currently, sales are from a raft as the old island building is being renovated.
The island is always a nice destination and now even more so.

On the way home, we made a detour to the Ivenacker Eichen (Ivenack Oaks).
Here stand several very old pedunculate oaks, one of which is approx. 1000 years old and belongs to the 100 most significant trees in Germany.
