On the first day we got dropped off at the lift Rilski ezera and began our journey from here. We hiked all the way up and enjoyed the amazing view. From there we hiked past numerous peaks and finished with Malyovitsa (2729m). It was getting late and cold so we decided to look for a place where we could
skrt and Jozien Stigter went cycling.

After resting, we had breakfast, packed our stuff. We were on the road again. The second day was quite challenging, the distance was longer and the wind was against us. A lot of uphills today, followed by downhills, which was quite exhausting. The landscape was beautiful and the roads were quite empty.

After the succesful trip to Hambourg, we decided to go on another one, the following week. As we both have never been to the Ostsee we picked this destination. We left short after noon and arrived at the camping in Schorfheide after two hours and a halve.

Today the weather wasn’t so good, half of the time we had rain. We left at midday in the rain, which continued on and off for the rest of the day passing through fields and little villages. We decided to go on a bikepacking trip, so we took the Flixbus from Berlin to Hamburg. As soon as we arrived in Hamburg, we headed back to Berlin through forest and field roads. The weather was pretty good that day.
