Starting from Poupehan, head for the pic du midi via the small path. Magnificent views all along the Frehan ridge back down to the village. Cross the footbridge and climb back up to Rochehaut to enjoy the view of Frehan. Passage through the Rochehaut ladders and return to Poupehan.
