Start at The Lamb Inn, Chinley. A lovely hike around Kinder Reservoir then up to Kinder Downfall. When you get to the waterfall point I would recommend keeping right and following the rocks to Kinder Low and not follow the river like we did, it's not very accessible because of the peat bog and is not
