At 14⁰C we started in full gear from the parking lot in Bietigheimer Forst. First along the Enz to Besigheim and up to the Weinkanzel. Continue over the Baumbachtal to Tripsdrill and up to Michaelsberg with a fantastic view. On somewhat gravelly forest paths, we reached the Blankenhorn castle ruins

Today another hot day, which my girlfriend and I used for hiking. In search of a shady hike nearby, the choice fell on the Mettertal.
The way there still led us across sunny fields to Kleinsachsenheim and from there along beautiful, partly shady paths along the Metter. Luckily, as it got quite warm.

Today perfect cycling weather, so I took in beautiful views: first the view from the Benninger vineyards, then from Kleiningersheim and finally from the Neckarhäldenweg onto the Neckar 🤩.
In between, sections along the Neckar. Our Ländle is simply beautiful.
A short EKS was in Hessigheim at the winery.
