Kleine Warndtrunde vor der Hitze
Nein, in der Nachmittagshitze 🥵 möchte ich wirklich nicht fahren. Deshalb heute schon um 8 Uhr los. Die kühle Waldluft war wirklich klasse 👍.

Von Kirkel nach Mimbach und dann in den Bliesgau
Gestartet bin ich alleine in Kirkel um noch paar Trails mitzunehmen. Dann ab Mimbach mit Guide Dani und Marco in den Bliesgau.
Wir waren hauptsächlich auf asphaltierten Fahrradwegen unterwegs und Dani somit mit Ihrem E-Gravel extrem schnell.
So schnell, dass es stressig wurde.

Always beautiful again. Although some trails have become very overgrown in the meantime. One was completely wild and then disappeared 🤷♂️. So, take that back... 😀.

It was actually supposed to be a bigger tour. On the way, I noticed that my legs were still heavy from yesterday. So it turned into a chill tour through Saarbrücken. That was nice too.

Since I'm considering getting an analog bike, I took my at least 30-year-old Cube for a spin as a test.

Today I did a very trail-heavy tour under the cooling canopy. Drove half of it in Ecomode to get a bit of a Biobike feeling.

We were early to enjoy the cool morning air in the forest.
On this route, we could admire the Nonnweiler reservoir, the Züscher Hammer (17th-century ironworks), the Celtic ringwall, the summit of Dollberg (highest mountain in Saarland), and the Celtic village.
