Today, I hiked the P19 clockwise from the parking lot. This proved to be the better choice for me. I was able to catch beautiful views of the Netra Valley and Datterode, but I also gazed at the shell limestone cliffs along the trail. Of course, the Berliner Turm (Berlin Tower) was the highlight of the

Today I took my e-bike to Lake Möhne. Komoot suggested a nice route. I ended up doing it with a few modifications, because if there's a tower with a wonderful view, then you might as well ride there. Mostly, I followed bike paths, but also occasionally along the road. Lake Möhne also has very little

Today I visited the Edersee Atlantis sites. You simply can't walk past them.
I was very happy to see the model of the dam. I've also never seen the Bringhäuser Bridge or the cemetery there before.

Today I took the premium trail furthest from my home. It's nice to start with a beautiful view of the castle, but I still need to take in some nature first. Mostly, I walked through the forest, which was fine given the weather. I experienced some beautiful views and paths. The Eichhorn Trail was particularly

Today we only walked a short path very close to our adopted hometown; the main thing was to get out and get some exercise.
The Diemel River is a wonderful place to take a walk, and there are many things to admire at Krukenburg Castle.
The view of the surrounding area from the keep is fantastic and demonstrates

Today I went on a short hike. A few kilometers - a lot of time.
I followed in Eddi's footsteps. He taught me about life in the forest through the many information and quiz panels. A to-do list for this tour is available at the Buchenhaus/Edersee Wildlife Park. I was also able to gather a lot of information

Today, for a change, I rode an e-bike, but I also rode about 70 km. You have to get out in good weather. It was very cloudy at first, but then it cleared up and the sun shone. The bike paths were all good, and I stopped a lot to check out all the highlights.
I especially enjoyed the Fulda River. Now I

Today I was hiking in the Waldkappel Mountains in sunshine and temperatures around 30 degrees. The name really lives up to its name, so towards the end (it was 18 km, after all), I just crept up the mountains. I enjoyed the views from the Pioneer Tower and the observation tower on the Ziegenküppel. Narrow
