A little detour to the North Sea. The Hague is only a few kilometers from the North Sea. We're going to Scheveningen...if you like it loud and crowded and with lots of people, you'll definitely like it there. A ton of restaurants and bars on the beach...we drove to the end, parked our bikes, and then

We set off from our hotel, The Social Hub in the Sphinx Quarter in Maastricht. We planned a short sightseeing tour and recorded it. We then continued on to Valkenburg and up the Cauberg. There's an entire settlement of holiday homes there. Then we descended again and continued our circular tour. Considering

Starting with a short tour of the old town with the Saturday market, it took us a while to get to the cycle path along the Moselle towards Schweich, as access roads were closed due to construction. This section from Trier is less scenic in parts, as it passes through industrial areas for a while. We

It's all there😎 3 rivers: Moselle, Saar, and Sauer, 2 countries: Germany and Luxembourg. Bike paths, country roads, field and gravel paths, and forest trails. A short ferry ride. Spiced up with some elevation gain, it was a truly great tour☀️👍😎

The destination of the tour was the Ecken Garden Cafe in Eckenreuth. A gem, idyllic, and highly recommended. Vegan/vegetarian, Italian-run. Everything is fresh and homemade, from small dishes to antipasti, baguettes, and cakes. Coffee and cold drinks are available, non-alcoholic only. Open when the weather

Pretzfeld-Trubachtal - the Cherry Trail. The trail is beautiful and varied, perfect for hiking before and after the cherry blossoms. There are information stations in the forest. Refreshments are available at the Wannbach Gasthof Mühlbhäuser and, of course, at the Pretzfeld beer cellar.

We start from the bicycle garage and cycle across the Binnenhof, the seat of the Dutch parliament. From there, we go through the Haagse Bos Park to the Huis im Haagse Bos. We were actually lucky, and the king arrived, and we saw the gate open, and a little later, he drove past with an escort vehicle
