Modern cable car, but not open every day in the summer season. Starting point for many hikes towards Adelboden. Right next to the station there is a lovely restaurant with a viewing terrace. Just above the restaurant there is a popular and well-frequented starting point for paragliders.

Start of the circular hike from Metschstand via Bummerepass/Wallislegi to the Brenggen reservoir near Hahnenmoos.
