The famous Dome of the Rock on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem is one of the largest shrines and the oldest surviving building in Islam and is also of historical importance in Christianity.
The Dome of the Rock, along with the Al Aqsa Mosque and the Western Wall, are the most important buildings on the famous Temple Mount in Jerusalem, where, according to the Bible, Solomon once built his temple. The striking domed building is one of our top 10 sights in Israel.

Check out my pics of the Dome of the Rock inside, how beautiful it is with the top middle, all in a beautiful quran writing, another part of the roof with some amazing sculptured wood and the rock in the middle of the mosque. Some amazing columns all around, as you can clearly see one and some beautiful glass windows. How amazing all of it is 😍
