      According to the sign on the facade, the castle mill is the oldest mill in Radeberg and has been a mill since 1449. You can stop off in the Mühlenstube and the guest garden on the Röder with its railway system is wonderful.

          The Radeberg Castle Mill was first mentioned in documents in 1445 and, as the oldest mill in Radeberg, can look back on a long history. After the last major renovation in 1982 by master miller Günter Sonntag, it was in operation as a 3-ton wheat mill until mid-1996.
          The mill has been open to visitors since the German Mill Day in 2010. After the building has been renovated, a mill museum will be set up, and event rooms and overnight accommodation will be created.
