Initially, the estate belonged to the nobles Kashintsev, then to their relatives Protasyev. After the ruin of I.A. Protasyev, the estate was sold to the Puchezh manufacturer I.I. Senkov, and in 1870 passed to A.Ya. Balin, who in the late 19th - early 20th centuries carried out a radical reconstruction and expanded the park. Most of the buildings were erected anew. The wooden house in the style of French Renaissance castles burned down in 1987, the outbuilding - later. Stone outbuildings, greenhouses, obelisks and the Church of the Transfiguration - this is all that remains of the Kashintsev - Protasyev estate.
