              On the summit plateau of the Feldberg, northeast of the Friedrich-Luise Tower, there is an artificially created circular platform (⊙) on which several granite blocks are placed. On one of them is a commemorative plaque from the Black Forest Association, marking the Feldberg, at 1,493 meters, as the highest point in Baden-Württemberg.
