The Bismarck Tower is one of the landmarks of the Idar district. There is a great view from the tower. Unfortunately, the tower is only accessible on special days. One of these days is May 1st, when the Bismarck Tower Festival takes place. The tower is in very good condition. At Christmas time, the fire bowl of the tower is illuminated, or a Christmas tree is fixed there.
