Open to the public with certain restrictions/timings. Lovely space with some historic buildings and a quiet space for a rest or lunch in the City. Watch out for the overzealous security/porters who police the grounds as if it's Spandau Prison. They asked a mother to keep her toddler off the grass until 12pm. It was 11:55.
