Üzümlü is a beautiful village in the Germencik district of Aydın province.
Although the founding date of the village is not exactly known, it is one of the oldest villages in the region. Moreover, with the disappearance of the Tatars village, its population increased with the nomads who migrated from here, and it is generally known as the Yörük village.
Commercial relations were also established with the Greeks of Mursallı village.
It was named Üzüzlü Village due to its vineyards and various grape types. The inscriptions on the old graves date back 700 years and it has kinship relations with Turanlar-Karaağaçlı village and Reis villages.
As everywhere, the so-called traditions and customs are now nothing more than nostalgia. The reason is economic reasons and technological developments known to everyone. Old weddings lasted at least three days, preparations were made in a festive atmosphere, they were celebrated with entertainment and feasts with the participation of the entire village and the guests, and were decorated with various games. Nowadays, sometimes at the weddings of wealthy families, celebrations that are at least a little old-style are celebrated.

It is 30 km away from Aydın province and 8 km away from Germencik district. It is 18 km away from Söke district and 35 km away from Kuşadası.
The climate of the village is within the Mediterranean climate influence area.
