Old Billingsgate Market stands as an impressive Grade II listed Victorian building on Lower Thames Street that once housed the world's largest fish market during the 19th century. The current structure, designed by City architect Horace Jones and built in 1875, features a distinctive arcaded hall that replaced the original 1850 market building. After the fish market relocated to the Isle of Dogs in 1982, the historic building was beautifully refurbished by renowned architect Richard Rogers and now serves as a prestigious hospitality and events venue in the City of London
