The Morgenbachtal was repaired together with the Kreuzbachklamm for 180,000 euros. Unfortunately, not all signs were removed, so that you will find this currently (8/2019) in many places. The valley is in excellent condition with wide paths and a lot of public traffic!

A somewhat narrow and klettriger climb from the beginning of the RheinBurgenWeg. The rope safety is good for pulling up on this very steep stretch of road. No alpine route.

Beautiful circular route through the Morgenbachtal near Trechtingshausen, mainly through beautiful old beech forest along the part of the Rheinburgenweg from the GerhardsHof to Bacharach. Easy way to the Sieben-Seen-Blick with the observation tower and then descent to Niederheimbach on the Martinsstieg.
