This is a Royal Saxon milestone in the form of a half-milestone.

"In the Kingdom of Saxony, preparations for the introduction of the metric system were made in connection with the work of the Normalization Commission and the related leading work by Albert Christian Weinlig and Julius Ambrosius Hülße.
