Lake Gemini or Twin Lakes? The right name is in the plural, although the lake is one. In reality, when the water level is low, for example for dam maintenance, it is clearly seen that there are two basins and it was the hand of man that transformed them into a larger one.

The Twin Lakes are located in the municipality of Branzi, at an altitude of approximately 1952m, in the upper Brembana valley (province of Bergamo), closed in the basin delimited by Pizzo Farno, Monte Corte, the Passo dei Laghi Gemelli, Passo di Mezzeno, Monte Spondone, from Monte del Tonale, from Pizzo dell'Orto and from Pizzo del Becco.
