This small notch is like a peak. You have to overcome it on the way from Rifugio Capanna 2000 to Lago Branchino. She even carries a summit cross. Anyone who has made the ascent can ring a bell. Great vantage point.

My personal opinion, also dictated by many people who I see in difficulty to descend, much easier to go up from the Branchino pass, than the opposite.

Highest point of the high flower path, if you want to do the loop to the Branchino it is better to pass by it on the way back (you get there with a steep scree not recommended for the less experienced)
