The memorial stone stands directly on the wide path on the ridge of the Bierenberg.
“On [April 13, 1956], woodworker Alwin Burgdörfer [born Sept. 19, 1937] from Iggelbach was fatally injured by a falling tree while at work.” He was only 18 years old. - Rest in peace!
