    A beautiful mountain path through the core zone. At the end is the weaver's grotto.
    The path is repeatedly crowned by rock walls on the left and right. Every now and then there are also a few steps to climb.
    Around the middle, an inscription reminds of the great forest fire around 1842.

          The Weberschlüchte begins with several small gorges in the area of the Vorderen Partschenhörner on the German-Czech border. These gorges all come together at the Webergrotte. All gorges above the Webergrotte are closed and may no longer be entered.
          The Webergrotte is one of the largest fissure caves in Saxon Switzerland. It is home to one of the few occurrences of the stem-encompassing knot foot. The grotto can be reached via the Weberschlüchte mountain path. The path has been partially developed to a state of development that is more than just a hiking trail. This development dates back to the time when the gorges were used for forestry.
          In half of the gorges there is a memorial stone "Memorial to the Brant 1842" when large parts of the forest between Prebischtor, Großer Winterberg and Großer Zschand burned down. There are two small, natural steep sections along the path. The Weberschlüchte ends in the Großer Zschand.
          Today's Weberschlüchte mountain path was a main hiking trail until the Second World War and enabled hikes from the Armory via the Weberschlüchte to the Prebistor.
