Heppe is a hamlet of the community Dammbach. The Waldhotel Heppe seems to be the only inhabitant. The hotel is a good starting point for hikes through the Hochspessart. I did not try the "widely praised homemade cake", but stayed and had breakfast. And that was fine. The most important thing for me was the charging station for my Stromesel.
