This grade II listed building was the headquarters of London County Council (LCC) and later the Greater London Council (GLC). It now houses Sea Life London Aquarium, London Dungeon and Shrek's Adventure London. I would recommend other indoor attractions.

The previously long abandoned and decayed upper floors of the building are now also restored with a good mix of functionality and preservation of the existing structures old and new including some sins from the past.
