The "Ackeranlagen" city park in Schwäbisch Hall, with its old stock of trees, winds 3 km upstream from the Kocher island of Unterwohrd to the foot of the former Benedictine monastery "Großcomburg".

The site, which was renovated in 1982 for the State Horticultural Show, has retained its natural character and is now used for local recreation by the population.
From the Epinal Bridge on the edge of the historic old town, after 1 km you reach the former shooting range of the crossbow and rifle shooters from 1828, which today serves as a café with a beautiful terrace.

The traffic-free park with its cozy corners widens over the next 2 km and ends at the foot of the Großcomburg, which is one of the main sights of the city with its Romanesque art treasures and the defensive wall that can be walked all around.
