La Bergerie de Planpraz is a magnificent wooden chalet, the flagship of the altitude restaurants in Chamonix.
Opened for almost 20 years, the restaurant is a well known address to Chamoniards. Facing south, la Bergerie de Planpraz has two rustic dining rooms and a large terrace with a panoramic view of Mont-Blanc. The dishes are based on fresh and local products (meat grilled on wood fire, local specialties, suggestions of the moment, etc...).

The Chamonix KV is one of the most emblematic on the international circuit for this type of event and distance. The views of the entire Mont Blanc massif and the Chamonix valley from above are spectacular. It is very easy to access it since it starts right from the center of the town behind the Church. The descent can be made much more comfortable, although a little longer, by a wide track that takes you to the same starting point.
