The Wilhelmsburger Flakbunker was rebuilt in 2013 as part of the International Building Exhibition in an eco-power plant. At the weekend you can participate in sightseeing (but I have not done it myself, see link for info).

On the roof, there is a large viewing terrace 30 meters high with a panoramic view over Wilhelmsburg and the harbor. The terrace can be reached from Café Vju, which is also located on the roof, or directly from the elevator level.

When visibility is good, you can even see as far as the Harburg mountains and the Georgswerder energy mountain.
