The neo-Gothic rectangular brick building has a square west tower and a rectangular apse.
In the three-bay nave there are paired, pointed arched windows and stepped buttresses, in the eaves of the nave and apse and under the pyramid helmet there is a surrounding ornamental frieze.
West portal, tower clock, apse gable with three-part pointed arch plaster panel and rosette panel, west gable also pointed arch plaster panels.
The organ from Friese (III) is from 1879.
The grave of Theodor Körner and a memorial for the nearby former Wöbbelin concentration camp are located in the cemetery in the east of the church.
In front of the church, in a park-like area, is the war memorial for the fallen of the First World War.
