Convent Sacred Hearts of Jesus, Mary and Joseph
Originally two former beguines' houses, so-called Heilige Juliana and Heilige Ida, built circa 1637-1638 by master mason Marten Marien and carpenter Abraham Van Calendries on behalf of the beguinage. In the last quarter of the 20th century, the then owner, painter Walter Brems, was merged into one house. Current double house of five bays and two storeys under a tiled saddle roof with two roof windows with spout gable. The original 17th-century facades were adapted in the mid-19th century and "restored" in the 1980s, with cross and cloister frames being randomly reapplied.

A beautiful and quaint little house/museum to visit in the Beguine in Dendermonde. Along with the rest of the Beguine it is worth a visit.
