The bridge is a very special place in the border triangle of Germany, France and Luxembourg. It connects the Saarland town of Perl with Schengen in Luxembourg. Schengen is known for the agreement of the same name, which was signed here in 1985 and laid the foundation for open borders in Europe.🇪🇺
