Very popular water for complaints of all kinds.
When we were here there was a queue of people z. T. brought along canisters. Sometimes parking is directly in front of the stairs to the source.

A spring rises in a rock grotto below the monastery, the origin of which is attributed to Saint Odile. According to legend, she hit the rock with her walking stick to help a leper who was lying exhausted there. The miracle spring is said to have sprung from the rock. The spring, whose water is said to cure eye diseases, bears the name of Saint Odile.
