Before the ascent back to the Knopfmacher rock still a cool cyclist or a fresh Danube wave - here relaxation in the beer garden or the restaurant is announced. Either rustic with self-service and chic inside - the hunting lodge is versatile and definitely worth a visit.

The Jägerhaus is a popular destination for hikers and cyclists.
Here you can eat excellent specialties of zebu beef or simply refresh yourself with cool drinks.
Coffee and cake are also available.
Prices are in my opinion OK.
Overall: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Great place to stay in the middle of the Danube Valley ... simple rooms, but absolutely comfortable ... Attention! No cell phone reception and no wifi !!! Tuesday is closed there and there is absolutely nothing to eat and drink, not even for house guests! The next place is 7 km further through the forest ...
