Quote: "Near Zossen, on a hill, is a former tropospheric radio communications center of the Group of Soviet Forces in Germany (GSFG). Like many other GSFG bunkers, it was built as an enclosed shelter for A 12.8 aircraft (arched shelter) with a 13-meter wingspan and a structure length of approximately 30 meters. It was initially built at ground level, then covered with an earthen roof, and the interior was largely expanded to two stories. The structure served as a tropospheric radio communications center for the "RANET" communications center at the Wünsdorf 1 command post of the SS-OKSSD (formerly Office 500 "Zeppelin" of the Army High Command)."
